疑問一：賣手機為什麼要看身分證？ (Why ID Needed?)
這是新手最常卡關的地方。依據台灣法規（警察機關相關條例），任何二手買賣店家在收購物品時，都必須核對賣方身分並留存影本。這主要是為了「杜絕贓物」。
只要您選擇的是有實體店面、有營利事業登記的合法手機收購店，您的證件影本僅會用於備查（通常會蓋上「限收購使用」章），絕對不會外流或挪作他用。反之，如果一家店完全不看您的證件，那您反而要擔心這間店是否在從事非法交易。
